Can I use my pure essential oil with carrier oil?

Yes you can. But do not mix your oil with water.

Why does the mist output decreases significantly after 1-2 months use?

It is time to clean the diffuser. Clean the diffuser according to instructions in manual.

How come no mist is coming out while the mist indicator is blinking green?

The mist is pausing according to its mist intensity level. It will resume after a set amount of time.

Why does the mist visibility varies when I use different oils?

The mist is less visible when thicker oil is used.

The oil is leaking from the glass.

Make sure the glass bottle has been tightly screwed to the main body of the diffuser.
